    mcf7 [mcf-7]人乳腺癌细胞

    描述

    mcf-7细胞保留了多个分化了的乳腺上皮的特性,包括:能通过胞质雌激素受体加工雌二醇并能形成圆形复合物(domes)。 该细胞含有tx-4癌基因。 肿瘤坏死因子α(tnf alpha)可以抑制mcf-7细胞的生长。 抗雌激素处理细胞能调变igfbp’s的分泌。
